Adaptive Mindfulness
Welcome! This course is more than a set of lessons. It is an opportunity create a life of inner peace. Adaptive Mindfulness is the ability to use the power of your mind to cultivate desired states of well-being in the present moment. Your journey will start with the essentials—learning to envision an inner refuge, guide your thoughts, tap into your sensations, and find steadiness in the simple act of breathing. From this foundation, the course unfolds into the terrain of daily living, empowering you to build supportive relationships, reimagine your connection to technology, and enjoy harmony in the environments that surround you.
Course Overview
Guided Meditations
We encourage you to start each lesson with the guided meditations after reading through the Lesson Overviews. These meditations were recorded specifically for this course to help you learn the practice of Adaptive Mindfulness. Each meditation is guided by Kirby for about 10 minutes.
AI Mindfulness Coach
We created a custom version of ChatGPT (link here) trained on the principles of Adaptive Mindfulness that you can use for free as a coach throughout the course and beyond. The coach provides insights, exercises, and thoughtful dialogue to support you in exploring mindfulness in your daily life!
Mindfulness Exercises
Beyond potential exercises you could do with our custom version of ChatGPT, there are also Journal Reflections and Mindful Moments that enable you to integrate mindfulness while detaching from technology if you prefer to do so.
